For the most part the staff is friendly and helpful. The cashiers can be a little unfriendly at times. The store is always clean.

Victoria and Ronald made my day in the Automotive department. They worked to cut and program a key for my granddaughters car.failure was not an option for them. I really appreciated their perseverance to get the key to work... great job...
I avoid all the nasty trashy Walmarts in Charlotte to go to this place. Tega Cay is clean and welcoming. The employees are nice and the management went out of their way to help when we had a situation come up.
Poorly managed store, they had one person at the customer service counter while three other associates stood in thw area and talked about personal thins. They retun line was upto 27 people dwep and noone came to help the associate doing returns. There are actually more people standing in the retun line than checking out.
