This is very disappointing and you have definitely lost business.
I hardly complain and give businesses opportunities, especially local ones. But I am extremely disappointed at the Tega Cay Supercuts. All my mom wanted was to get her hair done for her grandson' s graduation and mothers day. She even made an apppintment. You didn't even open up on time according to your business hours, as she waited in the heat. This is highly unprofessional not to mention upsetting to my mom, whom I love dearly.
Never had consistency on each cut. I still go, some are better than others. Price is right for me.
For the second month in a row Christina rescued me by fixing color I messed up at home. She’s very genuine and a lot of fun to talk to. Found my new hairdresser!
